Max AP available out of fight is 14 AP.
Max MP available out of fight is 8 MP.
However, the Max AP and MP sum is 20.
Therefore, these 3 options are the max AP/MP combos: 14AP 6MP, 13AP 7MP, 12AP 8MP.
